She is the head of our Real Estate department. Tatiana has extensive working experience in the Real Estate field that she obtained while working for different entities: banks, development, and real estate companies.

 

When working at leading Georgian banks and serving different institutional clients, she created a specialty commercial lending portfolio in the real estate field and has also worked on multiple restructuring financings. In that period Tatiana was known for her ability to grow market share and build profitable commercial loan portfolios.

 

Moreover, as a professional valuer, Tatiana valued property for different governmental and non-governmental agencies.

 

Later, Tatiana used to work for the leading property construction and development companies, where she managed to acquire and develop residential and commercial properties all across Georgia.

 

Besides possessing knowledge regarding the real estate market, Tatiana has a deep understanding of finance, capital markets, entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and so on.
